1. Who this agreement is with, and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you," "customer") and Shirman LLC, doing business as AutoGP ("AutoGP," "we," "us"), governing your use of the AutoGP Chrome extension, the AutoGP web dashboard at autogp.ai, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the extension, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
2. What AutoGP is
AutoGP is a browser-extension-based automation tool that helps you post content to Facebook groups you already belong to, using your own logged-in Facebook session inside your own browser. AutoGP is not a Facebook or Meta product, is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way, and does not operate independently of your browser — it runs your own browser session, using your own account. See Section 6 for the risk this carries and Section 3 for what that means for how you may use it.
3. Your account and acceptable use
3.1 Account accuracy. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3.2 Your Facebook account, your responsibility. AutoGP posts using your own Facebook session — it never asks for, stores, or has access to your Facebook password. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to post, the groups you choose to post it to, and compliance with Facebook's own Terms of Service and Community Standards, which are separate from and independent of these Terms. AutoGP does not review, approve, or take responsibility for the content you post.
3.3 Prohibited uses. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes another person's rights (intellectual property, privacy, or otherwise);
- Post spam, malware, phishing links, or content designed to deceive or harm recipients;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service or of Facebook;
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
3.4 Suspension. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prejudice to any other remedy available to us.
4. Subscription plans, billing, and cancellation
4.1 Plans. AutoGP offers a free tier (9 total posts, a lifetime allowance that does not renew or reset) and a paid tier called Pro, billed at $27/month or $197/year (billed upfront for the year). Pricing is shown in USD on the pricing page and may change prospectively; we'll give you the notice required by Section 4.5 below before any change affects an active subscription.
4.2 Payment authorization and auto-renewal. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, matching your chosen plan — until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. This is a clear, affirmative disclosure of the auto-renewal terms as required by applicable law (including the U.S. Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act, California's Automatic Renewal Law, and the EU's automatic-contract-renewal rules) — by clicking "Subscribe" you are expressly consenting to this recurring charge, separate from your general acceptance of these Terms.
4.3 How to cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing page of your dashboard using a direct, always-visible cancellation control — cancelling takes no more steps than subscribing did. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not refund the current billing period already paid for (see 4.4). Once cancelled, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to the free tier (with your free-tier allowance already used, per 3.1).
4.4 No refunds for Facebook account restrictions. As stated in Section 6, using AutoGP carries an inherent risk that Facebook may limit, restrict, or suspend the Facebook account you use it with. This is a disclosed risk you accept by using the Service, and it is not grounds for a refund of any subscription fee, whether the restriction happens during a free or paid period.
4.5 Price changes and renewal reminders. For annual subscriptions, we'll send a reminder notice before each renewal, consistent with applicable automatic-renewal laws. If we increase the price of your plan, we'll notify you at least the number of days in advance required by applicable law (currently up to 30 days under California's Automatic Renewal Law) before the new price takes effect on your next renewal; continuing your subscription after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4.6 EU/UK withdrawal right. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a new subscription without giving a reason. By using the Service (i.e., authenticating and posting) before the 14 days are up, you acknowledge that you are asking us to begin the service immediately and, once the Service has been fully performed for a billing period, you lose the right to withdraw for that period, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4.7 Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry it, downgrade your account to the free tier, or suspend Pro access until payment succeeds, and will notify you at the email on file.
5. Intellectual property
The AutoGP extension, dashboard, branding, and underlying software are owned by Shirman LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes while your account is active. You retain all rights to the content you create and post through the Service.
6. Facebook account risk — disclaimer and pacing guidance

AutoGP is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta or Facebook. Using AutoGP to post in Facebook groups carries some risk that Facebook may limit, restrict, or suspend the account you use it with — this risk exists with any tool that automates posting, and no software can eliminate it. Shirman LLC is not responsible or legally liable for any restriction, suspension, or ban Facebook applies to your account as a result of using this software, and this is not grounds for a refund.
To reduce that risk: how much an account can safely post depends heavily on its age and history. As a general guide, a brand-new Facebook account should stay under roughly 5 posts a day, increasing gradually over about two months; an account more than two years old with regular normal activity can typically sustain 90–100 posts a day. These are general guidelines based on how Facebook's own systems tend to behave, not guarantees — actual safe limits vary by account, and AutoGP's default settings are built to err conservative, but the final volume and pace is your decision to make and your risk to carry.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY POST WILL BE ACCEPTED BY FACEBOOK OR ANY GROUP'S ADMINISTRATORS.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIRMAN LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY RESTRICTION OR BAN OF YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limits may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Shirman LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of Facebook's own terms of service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Sections 4.4, 6, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify you (email or an in-product notice) before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
